As we step into 2026, we reflect on what has been a truly transformative year for Profinch, one defined by sustained growth, global scale, and, most importantly, the tangible outcomes we delivered for our customers across the BFSI ecosystem.
The past year marked a strong phase of expansion for the organisation. We continued to broaden our global footprint, deepen strategic client partnerships, and reinforce our position as a trusted transformation partner across banking, financial services, and insurance. Across regions, Profinch successfully led complex, multi-country core and digital banking, regulatory, risk, cards and insurance transformation programs for large financial institutions. These engagements demanded not only technical excellence but also deep domain expertise, disciplined execution, and the ability to operate at scale across diverse geographies and regulatory environments.
Our momentum spanned Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. Through more than 250 engagements in the BFSI space, our teams enabled resilient and future-ready technology transformation programs that helped financial institutions modernise operations, improve agility, stay compliant, and enhance customer experiences. Our work with clients was recognised through leading industry awards in 2025, providing external validation of the impact, innovation, and delivery excellence that define how we operate.
Alongside client success, we made deliberate and sustained investments in strengthening our internal capabilities. Skill development remained a strategic priority, with structured upskilling initiatives across key focus areas. We expanded certification programs, domain-led learning paths, and leadership development initiatives to ensure our teams remain future-ready and closely aligned with evolving client needs.
A key milestone in our capability journey was the establishment and scaling of Centres of Excellence (COEs). These COEs serve as hubs of deep expertise, innovation, and best practices, driving consistency, reusability, and quality across delivery. Our COEs across business practices and emerging technology areas play a critical role in accelerating transformations while maintaining high delivery standards. Innovation continued to be a core pillar of our strategy. Through dedicated innovation labs, accelerators, and proof-of-concept frameworks, we helped clients adopt technologies, including AI/ML and data led capabilities to solve real business challenges.
We made significant investments in strengthening our delivery assurance frameworks, enhancing program management rigor, and advancing quality engineering practices to drive predictable outcomes across large and complex engagements. In parallel, we scaled our infrastructure, managed services, and SI capabilities to support long-term operations and stability.
